مشادة أمام المحكمة تنتهي بدهس أبٍ لابنه الضابط بالسماوة – أخبار السعودية
تحوّل خلاف عائلي على النفقة إلى مأساة صادمة هزّت الشارع العراقي، بعدما انتهى نزاع بين أبٍ ونجله الضابط أمام إحدى المحاكم (جنوبي البلاد) بوفاة الأخير في واقعة أثارت حالة واسعة من الذهول والحزن.
وبحسب ما نقلته وسائل إعلام عراقية، شهد محيط محكمة الهلال القضائية (شمالي مدينة السماوة) بمحافظة المثنى مشادةً بين أب ونجله الذي يعمل ضابطاً برتبة ملازم، على خلفية دعوى قضائية تتعلق بالنفقة.
وتطورت الأحداث بصورة مفاجئة، إذ أفاد مصدر أمني بأن الخلاف تصاعد خلال وقت قصير، قبل أن يُقدم الأب على ملاحقة نجله بمركبة بالقرب من المحكمة، ما أدى إلى وفاته في موقع الحادث.
وعقب الواقعة، غادر الأب المكان إلى جهة غير معلومة، في حين باشرت الجهات المختصة إجراءاتها القانونية، وأصدرت أوامر بملاحقته والعمل على ضبطه لاستكمال التحقيقات.
كما نُقل جثمان الضابط إلى دائرة الطب العدلي، فيما تواصل السلطات العراقية تحقيقاتها لكشف ملابسات الحادثة والوقوف على جميع تفاصيلها وظروف وقوعها.
وأعادت الواقعة إلى الواجهة الحديث عن تداعيات الخلافات الأسرية حين تتجاوز حدودها الطبيعية، بعدما انتهى نزاع عائلي أمام بوابة العدالة إلى واحدة من أكثر الحوادث صدمة.
A family dispute over alimony turned into a shocking tragedy that shook the Iraqi street, after a conflict between a father and his officer son ended in the latter’s death in an incident that sparked widespread shock and sadness.
According to reports from Iraqi media, a confrontation occurred between a father and his son, who works as a lieutenant, outside the Al-Hilal Judicial Court (north of Al-Samawah city) in Al-Muthanna Governorate, over a lawsuit related to alimony.
The events escalated suddenly, as a security source reported that the dispute intensified in a short time, before the father pursued his son in a vehicle near the court, resulting in the son’s death at the scene of the incident.
Following the incident, the father left the area for an unknown location, while the relevant authorities began their legal procedures and issued orders to pursue him and work on apprehending him to complete the investigations.
The officer’s body was also transferred to the forensic medicine department, while Iraqi authorities continue their investigations to uncover the circumstances of the incident and understand all its details and conditions.
The incident has brought back to the forefront discussions about the repercussions of family disputes when they exceed their natural limits, as a family conflict at the gates of justice ended in one of the most shocking incidents.
