«أرادَ السعودية» تنطلق من الرياض بمحفظة أراضٍ بقيمة 50 مليار ريال – أخبار السعودية
أعلنت شركة «أرادَ»، إحدى أسرع شركات التطوير العقاري نمواً في العالم، إطلاق «أرادَ السعودية»، كشركة تطوير عقاري جديدة تتولى تطوير مجتمعات واسعة النطاق في مختلف مناطق المملكة؛ وذلك بالشراكة الاستراتيجية مع «إكستوبيا»، المتخصصة في تطوير المجتمعات والوجهات المتعددة الاستخدامات.
وعينت «أرادَ السعودية» محمد الضبعان، رئيس مجلس إدارة «إكستوبيا»، رئيساً لمجلس إدارتها، بما يعكس أهمية الشراكة المحلية في تأسيس أعمال الشركة وخططهاالتوسعية في المملكة.
وتتيح الشراكة لـ«أرادَ السعودية» الوصول إلى محفظة أراضٍ تمتد على مساحة 10 ملايين متر مربع، بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 50 مليار ريال، وتشمل مواقع استراتيجية في الرياض وجدة ومكة المكرمة، بما يوفر قاعدة واسعة لتطوير مشروعات ومجتمعات جديدة في عدد من أهم الأسواق العقارية بالمملكة.
ويأتي إطلاق «أرادَ السعودية» ضمن التوسع العالمي المتسارع لـ«أرادَ»، التي تبلغ قيمة محفظة مشروعاتها قيد التطوير نحو 189 مليار ريال في خمسة أسواق، وتضم أكثر من 70 ألف وحدة سكنية في المملكة العربية السعودية والمملكة المتحدة وسوريا وأستراليا ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، فيما أنجزت الشركة حتى الآن نحو 17 ألف وحدة سكنية.
وقال رئيس مجلس إدارة «أرادَ السعودية» محمد الضبعان بهذه المناسبة: «يمثل إطلاق»أرادَ السعودية«بداية حضور طويل الأمد في المملكة، مستنداً إلى مجموعة من المواقع الاستراتيجية التي تمنحنا القدرة على تطوير مجتمعات متكاملة على نطاق واسع في عدد من مدن المملكة، ونرى أن سوق الإسكان السعودي يمتلك فرصاً قوية للنمو خلال السنوات المقبلة، ونفخر بأن يكون لنا مساهمة في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في قطاع الإسكان».
وأضاف: «تجمع هذه الشراكة بين خبرة «أرادَ» العالمية في تطوير المجتمعات المتكاملة، ومعرفة «إكستوبيا» العميقة بالسوق المحلية، بما يؤسس لشركة قادرة على تطوير مشروعات نوعية وبناء حضور مستدام في المملكة على المدى الطويل».
وكشفت «أرادَ السعودية» عن أول مشروعاتها، وهو مخطط سكني متكامل بقيمة 14 مليار ريال في حي الرمال شمال شرق الرياض، ويُعَد من أكبر مشروعات التطوير العقاري الخاصة التي أُعلن عنها في العاصمة خلال الأعوام الأخيرة.
ويمتد المشروع على مساحة تقارب 2.5 مليون متر مربع، ويضم نحو 3500 فيلا ومنزل تاون هاوس، تحيط بها 100 ألف شجرة، بجانب مدرسة ومرافق تجارية ومركز مجتمعي ومرافق رياضية، بما يدعم توفير احتياجات السكان اليومية ضمن مجتمع متكامل.
وستعمل «أرادَ السعودية» بالتعاون الوثيق مع الجهات الحكومية ذات الصلة على تطوير المخطط العام للمشروع بما يتوافق مع مستهدفات الإسكان في المملكة وأولويات التنمية الوطنية، وسيتم تمويل مشروع حي الرمال من خلال هيكل استثماري خاضع لتنظيم هيئة السوق المالية تديره شركة مالية مرخصة، على أن تبدأ المبيعات والأعمال الإنشائية خلال عام 2027.
ويدعم المشروع مستهدفات برنامج جودة الحياة، أحد برامج تحقيق رؤية السعودية 2030، الرامي إلى تعزيز مكانة المدن السعودية ضمن أفضل المدن ملاءمةً للعيش عالمياً، وفي الرياض، تسهم الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض في تحقيق هذه المستهدفات من خلال برنامج «الرياض الخضراء»، الذي يستهدف زراعة 7.5 مليون شجرة في أنحاء العاصمة، ورفع نصيب الفرد من المساحات الخضراء من 1.7 متر مربع إلى 28 متراً مربعاً بحلول عام 2030.

The partnership allows “Arada Saudi Arabia” access to a land portfolio spanning 10 million square meters, with a total value of 50 billion riyals, including strategic locations in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Mecca, providing a broad base for developing new projects and communities in some of the most important real estate markets in the Kingdom.
The launch of “Arada Saudi Arabia” is part of the accelerating global expansion of “Arada,” which has a project portfolio valued at approximately 189 billion riyals across five markets, comprising more than 70,000 residential units in Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Syria, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates, while the company has completed around 17,000 residential units to date.

“Arada Saudi Arabia” revealed its first project, which is a comprehensive residential plan valued at 14 billion riyals in the Al-Rimal neighborhood northeast of Riyadh, and is considered one of the largest private real estate development projects announced in the capital in recent years.
The project spans an area of approximately 2.5 million square meters and includes around 3,500 villas and townhouses, surrounded by 100,000 trees, along with a school, commercial facilities, a community center, and sports facilities, supporting the daily needs of residents within an integrated community.
“Arada Saudi Arabia” will work closely with relevant government entities to develop the master plan for the project in line with the housing targets in the Kingdom and national development priorities. The Al-Rimal neighborhood project will be financed through an investment structure regulated by the Capital Market Authority, managed by a licensed financial company, with sales and construction activities expected to begin in 2027.
The project supports the objectives of the Quality of Life Program, one of the initiatives to achieve Saudi Vision 2030, aimed at enhancing the status of Saudi cities among the best cities globally for livability. In Riyadh, the Royal Commission for Riyadh City contributes to achieving these objectives through the “Green Riyadh” program, which aims to plant 7.5 million trees throughout the capital and increase the per capita share of green spaces from 1.7 square meters to 28 square meters by 2030.
