رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء المكلف يرفع الشكر للقيادة بمناسبة صدور الأمر الملكي الكريم بالموافقة على لائحة شؤون القضاة الوظيفية – أخبار السعودية
رفع رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقضاء المكلف الشيخ الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، الشكر والتقدير لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، حفظهما الله، بمناسبة صدور الأمر الملكي الكريم بالموافقة على لائحة شؤون القضاة الوظيفية.
وثمّن ما يحظى به المرفق العدلي من دعم واهتمام من القيادة الرشيدة، مؤكداً أن صدور الأمر الملكي الكريم يأتي امتداداً لهذا الدعم، ويجسد الحرص على تطوير البيئة الوظيفية للقضاة، وتوفير الممكنات الداعمة لأداء مهامهم.
وأوضح أن اللائحة تسهم في تنظيم شؤون القضاة الوظيفية وتعزيز استقرارهم الوظيفي، بما يدعم كفاءة العمل القضائي وجودة مخرجاته.
وسأل الله تعالى أن يحفظ خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده الأمين، وأن يديم على المملكة أمنها واستقرارها وازدهارها.
The Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah protect them, on the occasion of the issuance of the royal decree approving the judges’ functional affairs regulation.
He valued the support and attention that the judicial facility receives from the wise leadership, affirming that the issuance of the royal decree is an extension of this support and embodies the commitment to developing the functional environment for judges and providing the necessary resources to support them in performing their duties.
He explained that the regulation contributes to organizing the functional affairs of judges and enhancing their job stability, which supports the efficiency of judicial work and the quality of its outcomes.
He asked Allah Almighty to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his trustworthy Crown Prince, and to maintain the security, stability, and prosperity of the Kingdom.
