«رودستر» الطائرة.. عندما قررت «تسلا» نقل السيارات إلى السماء – أخبار السعودية
لم تعد السيارات الطائرة مجرد فكرة تتردد في أفلام الخيال العلمي، بل أصبحت أقرب إلى الواقع بعد أن كشفت شركة إيلون ماسك (تسلا) عن الجيل الثاني من سيارة (رودستر) المزودة بتقنيات تسمح لها بالتحليق وتنفيذ حركات بهلوانية في الهواء.
وخلال عرض استعراضي في ولاية تكساس الأمريكية، خطفت السيارة الأنظار بعدما أقلعت من مسار مرتفع، وحلقت لثوانٍ قبل أن تهبط مجددًا على عجلاتها وسط تفاعلٍ واسعٍ من الحضور.
تعاون بين السيارات والصواريخ
أظهرت السيارة قدرات غير مألوفة في عالم المركبات؛ إذ صعدت على منحدر نصف دائري، وبقيت مقلوبة لفترة وجيزة قبل أن تنطلق في الهواء وتنفذ دورانًا وتهبط بنجاح. كما نفذت قفزات فوق عدد من مركبات تسلا الأخرى، في مشهد بدا أقرب إلى استعراض جوي منه إلى تجربة قيادة تقليدية.
وأوضح إيلون ماسك أن المشروع يمثل تعاونًا بين (تسلا) و(سبيس إكس)، حيث تعتمد السيارة على خزانات هواء عالية الضغط ودوافع مستوحاة من تقنيات الصواريخ للمساعدة على الإقلاع والهبوط وتعزيز الأداء. ووصف ماسك التجربة بقوله: «السيارات الطائرة أصبحت حقيقة».
3 فئات مختلفة.. وإنتاج مؤجل
كشفت الشركة عن ثلاث نسخ من السيارة؛ الأولى Performance وتتسارع من صفر إلى 60 ميلًا في الساعة خلال أقل من 1.6 ثانية، والثانية Thrust خلال أقل من 0.9 ثانية بفضل الدوافع الإضافية، أما النسخة الأكثر تطورًا Rocket فتتسارع في أقل من 0.59 ثانية، وهي المزوَّدة بنظام الطيران الكامل.
ورغم أن السيارة تمكنت من التحليق والقفز لعدة ثوانٍ خلال العرض، فإنها لم تُطرح بعد للاستخدام التجاري الكامل، كما أن قدراتها الجوية ما زالت تخضع لاختبارات وموافقات تنظيمية. وأعلنت (تسلا) أن الإنتاج المستهدف للجيل الجديد من (رودستر) سيبدأ عام 2028، بعد سنوات من التأجيل منذ الكشف الأول عن المشروع.
مستقبل النقل يقترب
وبينما يرى البعض أن ما جرى مجرد عرض استعراضي، يعتبره آخرون خطوة رمزية مهمة نحو عصر جديد تتداخل فيه صناعة السيارات مع تقنيات الطيران والفضاء. وإذا نجحت (تسلا) في تجاوز العقبات التقنية والتنظيمية، فقد لا يكون مشهد السيارة المحلقة في السماء مجرد استثناء، بل بداية لمرحلة جديدة في تاريخ النقل.
Flying cars are no longer just an idea echoed in science fiction movies, but have become closer to reality after Elon Musk’s company (Tesla) unveiled the second generation of the (Roadster) equipped with technologies that allow it to fly and perform aerial stunts.
During a demonstration in the state of Texas, the car captured attention after taking off from a high ramp, flying for seconds before landing back on its wheels amidst widespread excitement from the audience.
Collaboration Between Cars and Rockets
The car displayed unusual capabilities in the world of vehicles; it climbed a semi-circular slope, remained inverted for a brief moment before launching into the air, executing a spin, and landing successfully. It also performed jumps over several other Tesla vehicles, in a scene that seemed closer to an air show than a traditional driving experience.
Elon Musk explained that the project represents a collaboration between (Tesla) and (SpaceX), as the car relies on high-pressure air tanks and propulsion systems inspired by rocket technologies to assist with takeoff and landing and enhance performance. Musk described the experience by saying, “Flying cars have become a reality.”
3 Different Models.. Production Delayed
The company revealed three versions of the car; the first is the Performance model, which accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour in less than 1.6 seconds, the second is the Thrust model, which achieves this in under 0.9 seconds thanks to additional thrusters, while the most advanced version, the Rocket, accelerates in less than 0.59 seconds and is equipped with a full flight system.
Although the car managed to fly and jump for several seconds during the demonstration, it has not yet been released for full commercial use, and its aerial capabilities are still undergoing tests and regulatory approvals. (Tesla) announced that the targeted production for the new generation of the (Roadster) will begin in 2028, after years of delays since the initial unveiling of the project.
The Future of Transportation is Approaching
While some see what happened as merely a showcase, others consider it an important symbolic step towards a new era where the automotive industry intersects with aviation and space technologies. If (Tesla) succeeds in overcoming technical and regulatory hurdles, the sight of the flying car in the sky may not just be an exception, but the beginning of a new phase in the history of transportation.
