وزير الخارجية يستقبل نظيره السوري ويبحث معه تطورات المنطقة – أخبار السعودية
استقبل وزير الخارجية الأمير فيصل بن فرحان بن عبدالله، في الرياض اليوم (الجمعة)، وزير الخارجية والمغتربين بالجمهورية العربية السورية أسعد حسن الشيباني.
وفي مستهل الاستقبال جرى استعراض العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين الشقيقين، وسبل تعزيزها في مختلف المجالات.
كما جرى بحث التطورات في المنطقة في ظل التصعيد من قبل ميليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية على المملكة، حيث أكد إدانة بلاده لهذه الاعتداءات وتضامنها مع المملكة.
كما شدد الجانبان على أن أمن المملكة العربية السعودية والجمهورية العربية السورية جزء لا يتجزأ من الأمن القومي العربي، مؤكدين أهمية مواصلة التنسيق والتعاون بما يسهم في الحفاظ على الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.
حضر الاستقبال مدير عام الإدارة العامة لشؤون الدول العربية يوسف بن صالح القهرة.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic, Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani, in Riyadh today (Friday).
At the beginning of the reception, the two sides reviewed the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance them in various fields.
They also discussed the developments in the region in light of the escalation by the Houthi terrorist militia against the Kingdom, where he affirmed his country’s condemnation of these attacks and its solidarity with the Kingdom.
Both sides emphasized that the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Syrian Arab Republic is an integral part of Arab national security, stressing the importance of continuing coordination and cooperation to contribute to maintaining security and stability in the region.
Present at the reception was the Director General of the General Administration for Arab States Affairs, Yusuf bin Saleh Al-Qahra.
