انتصرت على شركة توزيع رقمي.. حكم قضائي يعيد إلى إليسا قناتها على يوتيوب – أخبار السعودية
حسم حكم قضائي جديد صادر من محكمة الاستئناف في دبي فصلاً من النزاع الطويل بين الفنانة اللبنانية إليسا وإحدى شركات التوزيع الرقمي، بعدما أيدت حكماً سابقاً لصالحها، يقضي بإنهاء اتفاقية التوزيع الرقمي وإعادة السيطرة على قناتها الرسمية في منصة «يوتيوب».
فصل القناة
وبحسب المعلومات الواردة في الإعلان عن الحكم الصادر بتاريخ 14 أكتوبر 2026، ألزمت المحكمة الشركة بفصل قناة إليسا على «يوتيوب» عن إدارتها، وتسليم الفنانة وسائل الوصول إليها، بما يتيح لها إدارة محتواها الفني بصورة مستقلة.
نهاية النزاع
ويأتي القرار بعد خلاف قانوني بدأ على خلفية اتفاقية للتوزيع الرقمي تعود إلى 2023، وتطور إلى نزاع بشأن إدارة الحقوق الفنية والمحتوى المنشور عبر المنصات الإلكترونية.
ويمثل تأييد الحكم خطوة قضائية مهمة لإليسا، بعد سنوات من الإجراءات القانونية التي سعت من خلالها إلى استعادة السيطرة على قناتها الرقمية وإنهاء ارتباطها التعاقدي بالشركة.

A new court ruling issued by the Court of Appeal in Dubai has resolved a long-standing dispute between Lebanese artist Elissa and a digital distribution company, after it upheld a previous ruling in her favor, which calls for the termination of the digital distribution agreement and the return of control over her official channel on the “YouTube” platform.
Channel Separation
According to the information provided in the announcement of the ruling dated October 14, 2026, the court ordered the company to separate Elissa’s channel on “YouTube” from its management and to hand over access to the artist, allowing her to manage her artistic content independently.
End of the Dispute
The decision comes after a legal dispute that began over a digital distribution agreement dating back to 2023, which evolved into a conflict regarding the management of artistic rights and content published across electronic platforms.
The upholding of the ruling represents an important judicial step for Elissa, after years of legal proceedings through which she sought to regain control over her digital channel and end her contractual relationship with the company.
