ونفت توفيق صحة هذه الأنباء، مشيرةً إلى إقامتها في منزل هاني شاكر حالياً، مؤكدةً أن ما يتردد عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بشأن بيع المنزل مجرد شائعات.
وأضافت: «قالوا إني مش قاعدة في البيت وبعته، وأنا في البيت وكل اللي بيتقال أي كلام، عشان كده بطّلت أردّ والفانز بتوعه هما اللي بيردّوا».
وقالت: «فيه ناس بتقعد تحلم وتألّف وتقول كلام ملوش طعم، بس أهم حاجة عندي إن الناس تفضل فكراه بالخير زي ما كان بيتمنى، والفانز هما اللي بيردّوا على اللي بيتقال، أنا مبتكلّمش، وكل الناس اللي بتحبه بترد».

وأوضحت توفيق أنها فضّلت خلال الفترة الأخيرة عدم الدخول في سجالات مستمرة للرد على الشائعات التي تتناول حياتها وأسرتها، مؤكدةً أن ما يشغلها في الوقت الحالي هو الحفاظ على الصورة الجميلة التي تركها هاني شاكر لدى جمهوره ومحبيه وأن يذكروه دائماً بالخير.

Tawfiq denied the validity of these reports, indicating that she currently resides in Hani Shakir’s house, affirming that the rumors circulating on social media about selling the house are merely false claims.
She added: “They said I’m not living in the house and that I sold it, but I’m in the house, and everything being said is nonsense. That’s why I stopped responding, and his fans are the ones who respond.”
She said: “There are people who sit and dream and fabricate and say tasteless things, but the most important thing for me is that people continue to remember him fondly as he wished, and the fans are the ones who respond to what is being said; I don’t speak, and all the people who love him respond.”
