شريكان وابنا عم.. خلاف مالي ينتهي بجريمة قتل في تركيا – أخبار السعودية
تحوّل خلاف مالي بين شريكين في العمل تربطهما صلة قرابة إلى جريمة قتل في مدينة غازي عنتاب التركية، بعدما لقي رجل يبلغ 34 عامًا حتفه طعنًا على يد ابن عمه، فيما يواصل القضاء النظر في القضية.
وخلال الجلسة السادسة أمام المحكمة الجنائية العليا الأولى في غازي عنتاب، نفى المتهم بكير يو تعمّد قتل ابن عمه ميكائيل، مؤكدًا أنه حاول تجنّب الخلافات معه مرارًا، قبل أن يعترض الضحية طريقه بسيارته يوم الحادث ويمنعه من المغادرة. وطالب المتهم ببراءته والإفراج عنه، وفق موقع «Gaziantep» التركي.
وتعود الواقعة إلى شجار نشب بين الرجلين، البالغين 32 و34 عامًا، بسبب خلاف على دين. وبحسب الاتهامات، تطور النزاع إلى اعتداء طعن خلاله المتهم ابن عمه في القلب.
ونُقل المصاب إلى مستشفى خاص بعد وصول الشرطة والإسعاف إلى المكان، لكنه فارق الحياة رغم محاولات إنقاذه.
وقررت المحكمة استمرار حبس المتهم، وإحالة الملف إلى النيابة العامة لإعداد رأيها في القضية، على أن تُستكمل المحاكمة في جلسة لاحقة.
A financial dispute between two business partners related by blood turned into a murder in the Turkish city of Gaziantep, after a 34-year-old man was fatally stabbed by his cousin, while the judiciary continues to examine the case.
During the sixth session before the First High Criminal Court in Gaziantep, the accused, Bekir Yu, denied intentionally killing his cousin Mikail, asserting that he had tried to avoid conflicts with him repeatedly, before the victim blocked his way with his car on the day of the incident and prevented him from leaving. The accused requested his acquittal and release, according to the Turkish website “Gaziantep”.
The incident dates back to a quarrel that broke out between the two men, aged 32 and 34, over a debt. According to the accusations, the dispute escalated into an assault during which the accused stabbed his cousin in the heart.
The injured man was taken to a private hospital after the police and ambulance arrived at the scene, but he passed away despite attempts to save him.
The court decided to continue the detention of the accused and referred the file to the public prosecutor to prepare its opinion on the case, with the trial to be resumed in a later session.
