«الأمن البيئي» يضبط مواطناً مارس الصيد دون ترخيص في المدينة المنورة – أخبار السعودية

تمكنت القوات الخاصة للأمن البيئي وهي تؤدي مهامها في تنفيذ نظام البيئة من ضبط مواطن مخالف لنظام البيئة لارتكابه مخالفة الصيد دون ترخيص في منطقة المدينة المنورة، بحوزته بندقية شوزن، وبندقية هوائية، و(229) ذخيرة منوعة، و(5) أجهزة نداء طيور، و(41) كائنًا فطريًا مصيدًا، وطُبِّقَت الإجراءات النظامية بحقه.
وشددت القوات على الالتزام بنظام البيئة ولوائحه التنفيذية التي تجرم صيد الكائنات الفطرية، مؤكدةً أن عقوبة استخدام بنادق الشوزن في الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة (100,000) ريال، وعقوبة استخدام جهاز نداء الطيور غرامة (50,000) ريال، وعقوبة الصيد دون ترخيص غرامة (10,000) ريال، وعقوبة الصيد في أماكن محظور الصيد فيها غرامة (5,000) ريال، وعقوبة صيد طائر السمان دون ترخيص غرامة (1,500) ريال.
وأهابت في الوقت ذاته بالمبادرة بالإبلاغ عن أي حالات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية، وذلك بالاتصال بالرقم (911) بمناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، و(999) و(996) في بقية مناطق المملكة، وستعامل جميع البلاغات بسرية تامة دون أدنى مسؤولية على المبلّغ.

The forces emphasized the importance of adhering to the environmental law and its executive regulations, which criminalize the hunting of wild creatures. They confirmed that the penalty for using shotguns for hunting without a license is a fine of (100,000) riyals, the penalty for using a bird calling device is a fine of (50,000) riyals, the penalty for hunting without a license is a fine of (10,000) riyals, the penalty for hunting in prohibited areas is a fine of (5,000) riyals, and the penalty for hunting quails without a license is a fine of (1,500) riyals.
At the same time, they urged the public to report any cases that represent an assault on the environment or wildlife by calling (911) in the regions of Makkah, Medina, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions. All reports will be treated with complete confidentiality without any liability on the reporter.
