The sentences included: Mohammed Munir bin Mohammed Al-Zaher, Ali Abdulrahman Al-Hussein Al-Sheikh, Hassan Zaki Mohammed Al-Faraj, Reda Mohammed Ali Al-Abdullah, and Ali Hassan Ahmed Al-Rabeh, all of whom are Saudi nationals.

They were referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming their conviction and sentencing them to death. The ruling became final after being appealed and upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to implement what was legally decided.

The ministry affirmed the Kingdom’s government’s commitment to maintaining security, achieving justice, and enforcing Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe and violates their right to life and security, warning anyone who might be tempted to commit such crimes that the legal punishment will be their fate.
