المحاضر الآسيوي عبدالله آل مانع وضع النقاط على الحروف في تصريحه لـ”عكاظ” قائلاً: ما يقدمه أبها حتى الآن لا يليق بفريق يريد المنافسة. الاجتهاد داخل الملعب وحده لا يكفي، نحتاج هوية واضحة وشخصية قوية، خصوصاً أمام فرق تتفوق علينا بالإمكانات كالقادسية.
وأضاف: «لغة الأرقام مقلقة جداً.. بعد 9 جولات، 6 هزائم وتعادلان ونقطتان فقط في رصيد الفريق و هذا يفتح باب التساؤل عن الإعداد والانسجام والاختيارات الفنية، إذا كانت الصفقات لم تضف شيئاً والحلول الفنية لم تغير شيئاً، فالمراجعة الشاملة أصبحت مطلباً جماهيرياً مشروعاً».
ووجه آل مانع رسالة حادة لإدارة النادي:« إلى متى سيبقى زعيم الجنوب في ذيل الترتيب؟ أبها ليس رقماً في جدول الدوري، هو واجهة منطقة وجمهور عريض ينتظر فريقاً يقاتل بمشروع واضح، لا فريقاً يمنح جماهيره القلق في كل جولة».
