واشنطن تستعد للحرب مجددًا.. «البنتاغون» يوجه بتجهيز خيارات عسكرية ضد إيران – أخبار السعودية
أصدرت وزارة الحرب الأمريكية توجيهات للقيادة المركزية باستكمال الاستعدادات اللازمة لأي تحرك عسكري محتمل، وفق ما نقله موقع «أكسيوس» عن مسؤولين أمريكيين.
وبحسب المصادر، فإن استئناف العمليات الكبرى، في حال اتخاذ القرار، قد يتضمن قصفًا مكثفًا يستهدف منشآت الطاقة والبنية التحتية والمنشآت النووية الإيرانية، ما يفتح الباب أمام تصعيد جديد يحمل تداعيات عسكرية واقتصادية وسياسية واسعة.
أسابيع حاسمة
وأشار «أكسيوس» إلى أن عودة العمليات العسكرية خلال الأسابيع الثلاثة أو الأربعة المقبلة قد تتداخل مع الحسابات السياسية الداخلية في الولايات المتحدة، خصوصًا مع اقتراب انتخابات التجديد النصفي، وسط مخاوف من تداعيات أي تصعيد على أسعار النفط.
وفي هذا السياق، قال مسؤول في وزارة الحرب الأمريكية للموقع إن مهمة الوزارة تتمثل في «إعداد الخيارات العسكرية وعرضها على الرئيس»، في إشارة إلى استمرار التحضير لسيناريوهات مختلفة دون أن يعني ذلك، بالضرورة، اتخاذ قرار نهائي بالتصعيد.
ترمب يتمسك بكل الخيارات
من جهته، قال مسؤول في البيت الأبيض إن الرئيس دونالد ترمب لا يزال يحتفظ بجميع الخيارات المتاحة أمامه، مؤكدًا أن الولايات المتحدة ترى نفسها في موقع قوي في مواجهة إيران.
وأضاف المسؤول أن واشنطن تسيطر على مضيق هرمز، فيما يواجه الاقتصاد الإيراني ضغوطًا كبيرة، معتبرًا أن التطورات المقبلة قد تتجه نحو مسارين: «الطريق السهل أو الطريق الصعب».
وشدد المسؤول على أن ترمب «يملك جميع أوراق القوة»، وأن قراراته المقبلة ستستند إلى ما يراه مناسبًا للمصالح الأمريكية.

According to sources, the resumption of major operations, if a decision is made, could involve intensive bombing targeting energy facilities, infrastructure, and Iranian nuclear installations, opening the door for a new escalation with wide military, economic, and political repercussions.
Crucial Weeks
Axios noted that the return of military operations in the next three to four weeks may intersect with internal political calculations in the United States, especially with the midterm elections approaching, amid concerns about the repercussions of any escalation on oil prices.
In this context, a U.S. Department of Defense official told the site that the department’s mission is to “prepare military options and present them to the president,” indicating that preparations for various scenarios continue without necessarily meaning a final decision to escalate.
Trump Holds All Options
For his part, a White House official stated that President Donald Trump still retains all available options, emphasizing that the United States sees itself in a strong position against Iran.
The official added that Washington controls the Strait of Hormuz, while the Iranian economy faces significant pressures, considering that upcoming developments could head in two directions: “the easy way or the hard way.”
The official stressed that Trump “has all the cards of power,” and that his upcoming decisions will be based on what he deems appropriate for American interests.
