مدرب القادسية يشيد بالمواهب السعودية ويؤكد: مشروعنا مستمر – أخبار السعودية
أبدى مدرب القادسية بريندان رودجرز، ارتياحه بأداء فريقه رغم الخسارة أمام الهلال 2-3، في اللقاء الذي جمعهما على ملعب الأمير محمد بن فهد بالدمام، ضمن منافسات الجولة الحادية عشرة من الدوري السعودي للمحترفين «دوري روشن»، مشيراً إلى أن اللقاء كان قوياً ومميزاً من الناحيتين الفنية والهجومية.
وأوضح أن تراجع النسق في الدقائق الأخيرة وبعض الأخطاء الفردية كلفا الفريق استقبال الأهداف، مؤكداً أن اللاعبين قاتلوا حتى النهاية رغم الغيابات.
وأضاف أن القادسية يواصل التطور، وأنه يثق في قدرة لاعبيه على المنافسة بقوة خلال الجولات القادمة، وأن خسارة النقاط أمر وارد، والتركيز الآن على القادم.
كما شدد رودجرز على أهمية تطوير اللاعبين المحليين، مشيداً بمستويات مصعب الجوير وأبو الشامات وذكري والقحطاني، مؤكداً أن صقل المواهب السعودية يمثل ركيزةً أساسيةً في مشروع النادي.
Al-Qadisiyah coach Brendan Rodgers expressed his satisfaction with his team’s performance despite the 2-3 loss to Al-Hilal in the match held at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam, as part of the eleventh round of the Saudi Professional League “Roshen League,” noting that the match was strong and distinguished from both technical and offensive perspectives.
He explained that the decline in pace in the final minutes and some individual mistakes cost the team goals, emphasizing that the players fought until the end despite the absences.
He added that Al-Qadisiyah continues to develop, and he trusts his players’ ability to compete strongly in the upcoming rounds, acknowledging that losing points is a possibility, with the focus now on what lies ahead.
Rodgers also stressed the importance of developing local players, praising the performances of Musab Al-Juwair, Abu Al-Shamat, Dhakri, and Al-Qahtani, confirming that honing Saudi talents represents a fundamental pillar in the club’s project.
