NHC تنجز أكثر من 50% من أعمال البنية التحتية في وجهة تبوك هيلز – أخبار السعودية
أعلنت NHC تجاوز نسبة إنجاز أعمال البنية التحتية في وجهة تبوك هيلز 50%، في إطار مواصلة أعمال التطوير والتنفيذ، التي تشمل شبكات الخدمات الأساسية والمرافق العامة، بما يعزز جاهزية الوجهة ويسهم في توفير بيئة عمرانية متكاملة.
وأوضحت NHC أن الأعمال شملت استكمال تنفيذ الخطوط الرئيسية لشبكات الخدمات الأساسية وتصريف مياه الأمطار، والانتهاء من ربط خدمات البنية التحتية للسيول والمياه مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، إلى جانب استكمال تسليم الأراضي المخصصة للمرافق التعليمية والمساجد، وبدء أعمال السفلتة وفق الخطة المعتمدة.
وتُعد تبوك هيلز إحدى الوجهات الكبرى التي تطورها NHC في شمال المملكة ضمن موقع استراتيجي في وسط مدينة تبوك، وتمتد على مساحة تتجاوز 2.3 مليون متر مربع، متضمنةً وحدات سكنية متنوعة، صممت بأسلوب عمراني يجمع بين الحداثة وروح الثقافة المحلية، لتشكل نموذجاً لمجتمعات عصرية تنبض بالحياة.
كما توفر الوجهة بيئة سكنية متكاملة، إذ تشمل مرافق تعليمية تضم مدارس، ومساجد، ومراكز صحية، ومراكز تجارية تبعد دقائق معدودة عن الوحدة السكنية، وذلك لتخدم أكثر من 20 ألف نسمة.
وتضم الوجهة مسطحات خضراء وحدائق عامة بمساحة تتجاوز 233 ألف متر مربع، إلى جانب بنية تحتية مكتملة من شبكات الكهرباء والمياه والصرف الصحي، لتمنح الساكن تجربة عيش توفر كافة مقومات الحياة العصرية بشكل نموذجي ومستدام.
يذكر أن NHC تواصل قيادة القطاع العقاري على كافة الأصعدة بكونها أكبر مطور في الشرق الأوسط، والرائدة في تطوير وجهات عمرانية وفق معايير عالية للجودة، وبناء وتأمين سلاسل توريد متينة، إلى جانب العمل على تحسين تجربة الحياة اليومية للعملاء، حيث تتطلع إلى تقديم وجهات متكاملة تلبي التطلعات وتحقق الاستثمار طويل الأمد لهم.
NHC announced that the completion rate of infrastructure works in the Tabuk Hills destination has surpassed 50%, as part of the ongoing development and implementation efforts, which include essential service networks and public facilities, enhancing the readiness of the destination and contributing to the provision of an integrated urban environment.
NHC clarified that the works included the completion of the main lines for essential service networks and rainwater drainage, as well as the finalization of connecting the infrastructure services for floods and water with the relevant authorities, in addition to completing the delivery of lands designated for educational facilities and mosques, and starting asphalt works according to the approved plan.
Tabuk Hills is considered one of the major destinations being developed by NHC in the northern region of the Kingdom, strategically located in the center of Tabuk city, covering an area of over 2.3 million square meters, including diverse residential units designed in an architectural style that combines modernity with the spirit of local culture, creating a model for vibrant modern communities.
The destination also provides an integrated residential environment, as it includes educational facilities comprising schools, mosques, health centers, and commercial centers just minutes away from the residential units, serving more than 20,000 residents.
The destination features green spaces and public gardens covering over 233,000 square meters, along with a complete infrastructure of electricity, water, and sewage networks, offering residents a living experience that provides all the components of modern life in a model and sustainable manner.
It is worth noting that NHC continues to lead the real estate sector on all fronts as the largest developer in the Middle East, pioneering the development of urban destinations according to high-quality standards, building and securing robust supply chains, in addition to working on enhancing the daily life experience for customers, as it aims to provide integrated destinations that meet aspirations and achieve long-term investment for them.
