أسدل ليونيل ميسي الستار على مسيرته الدولية مع الأرجنتين بأداء استثنائي، بعدما صنع هدفين وسجل الثالث في فوز بلاده 3-0 على بنين، في ليلة وداع عاطفية بملعب مونومنتال.
وأنهى ميسي ظهوره الدولي الأخير بالطريقة التي تليق بمسيرته، بعدما كان حاضراً في الأهداف الثلاثة للمنتخب الأرجنتيني، ليساهم في انتصار ودي على بنين ويودع جماهير بلاده بانتصار جديد.
