«الأرصاد»: أمطار غزيرة وسيول وبَرَد على جازان وعسير والباحة ومكة – أخبار السعودية

توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد استمرار هطول الأمطار الرعدية المتوسطة إلى الغزيرة، اليوم (الإثنين)، على أجزاء من مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة ومكة المكرمة، محذراً من أنها قد تؤدي إلى جريان السيول، فيما تكون مصحوبة بزخات من البَرَد ورياح نشطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار.

وأوضح المركز في تقريره أن الأمطار ستكون خفيفة إلى متوسطة على أجزاء من مناطق المدينة المنورة وتبوك والجوف وحائل والحدود الشمالية ونجران.

كما أشار إلى عدم استبعاد تكوّن الضباب على الأجزاء الساحلية من منطقتي الشرقية ومكة المكرمة.

رياح نشطة وأمواج تتجاوز مترين

وعن حالة البحر الأحمر، توقّع المركز أن تكون الرياح السطحية شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة تتراوح بين 25 و45 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزء الشمالي، فيما تتنوع اتجاهاتها على الجزأين الأوسط والجنوبي، وتصل سرعتها إلى 50 كيلومتراً في الساعة مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة.

ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج بين نصف متر ومترين في أجزاء من البحر الأحمر، وقد يتجاوز مترين في بعض المناطق، فيما تكون حالة البحر بين خفيف ومتوسط الموج، وتصل إلى مائج مع السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي.

الخليج العربي خفيف الموج

وفي الخليج العربي، تكون الرياح السطحية جنوبية غربية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة تتراوح بين 10 و30 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزأين الشمالي والجنوبي.

ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج بين نصف متر ومتر، فيما تكون حالة البحر خفيفة الموج.

The National Center of Meteorology expects continued rainfall, ranging from moderate to heavy, today (Monday), in parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah, warning that this may lead to flash floods, accompanied by showers of hail and active winds stirring up dust and sand.

The center clarified in its report that the rain will be light to moderate in parts of the regions of Madinah, Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Ha’il, the Northern Borders, and Najran.

It also indicated that the formation of fog on the coastal areas of the Eastern Province and Makkah cannot be ruled out.

Active Winds and Waves Exceeding Two Meters

Regarding the condition of the Red Sea, the center predicted that surface winds will be northwesterly to westerly at speeds ranging from 25 to 45 kilometers per hour in the northern part, while their directions will vary in the central and southern parts, reaching speeds of up to 50 kilometers per hour with the formation of thunderstorm clouds.

Wave heights will range between half a meter and two meters in parts of the Red Sea, and may exceed two meters in some areas, while the sea condition will be between light and moderate waves, reaching rough with the rainy thunderstorm clouds in the southern part.

Light Waves in the Arabian Gulf

In the Arabian Gulf, the surface winds will be southwesterly to northwesterly at speeds ranging from 10 to 30 kilometers per hour in the northern and southern parts.

Wave heights will range between half a meter and one meter, while the sea condition will be light waves.
