متحدث الجوازات لـ«عكاظ»: ممثلون للسفارة اليمنية بمواقع التصحيح لتسهيل الإجراءات – أخبار السعودية
دعا المتحدث الرسمي للجوازات المقدم ناصر العتيبي، اليمنيين المشمولين بمبادرة تصحيح الأوضاع إلى سرعة استكمال إجراءاتهم خلال المهلة المحددة، للاستفادة من التسهيلات المقدمة لهم، مؤكداً أن المبادرة تستمر 60 يوماً، عبر 23 موقعاً في إدارات جوازات المناطق، مع إتاحة استكمال الإجراءات إلكترونياً لعدد من الفئات المستفيدة، وفقاً لحالة كل مستفيد.
أوضح العتيبي لـ«عكاظ» أن المستفيدين الذين لا يحملون جوازات سفر أو وثائق سفر يمنية يتعين عليهم مراجعة مقرات التصحيح لاستكمال إجراءاتهم، إذ يجري استقبالهم وتنظيم دخولهم، ثم إحالتهم إلى ممثلي السفارة اليمنية للتحقق من الوثائق التي يحملونها ومطابقتها مع المستندات والبيانات الرسمية، قبل انتقالهم إلى صالة إنهاء الإجراءات.
وبيّن المتحدث أن إجراءات هذه الفئة تُنجز خلال وقت وجيز، ويُمنح المستفيد تأشيرة زيارة مجانية لمدة 6 أشهر. مشيراً إلى وجود ممثلين للسفارة اليمنية في مواقع التصحيح، والتنسيق بينهم وبين مسؤولي الجوازات لتسهيل الإجراءات وتسريع إنجاز المعاملات.
وأضاف أن الخدمات الإلكترونية تشمل حاملي تأشيرات الزيارة بمختلف أنواعها منتهية الصلاحية، وحاملي هوية زائر المنتهية صلاحيتها، والمقيمين الذين انتهت صلاحية إقاماتهم، إضافة إلى المتغيبين عن العمل، و يمكن لهذه الفئات استكمال إجراءاتها عبر المنصات الرسمية للجهات المختصة.
وأشار العتيبي إلى أن المقيمين المنتهية إقاماتهم يمكنهم إتمام إجراءاتهم إلكترونياً، مع إتاحة الانتقال إلى صاحب عمل آخر أو الحصول على تأشيرة خروج نهائي، بحسب رغبتهم، موضحاً أن الحاصل على تأشيرة خروج نهائي يمكنه المغادرة دون قيود تمنعه من دخول المملكة لاحقاً.
وفي ما يتعلق بالمتغيبين عن العمل، أفاد بأن إجراءاتهم تُستكمل عبر المنصات الرقمية لوزارتي الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية والداخلية، بما يتيح إلغاء بلاغ التغيب والانتقال إلى صاحب عمل آخر يحتاج إلى خدماتهم.
عبّر مستفيدون يمنيون من مبادرة تصحيح الأوضاع عن سعادتهم بالتسهيلات المقدمة لهم، مثمّنين حسن الاستقبال وسرعة إنجاز معاملاتهم في أحد مراكز التصحيح التابعة للجوازات، ومعربين عن تطلعهم إلى تسوية أوضاعهم والانتقال إلى مرحلة أكثر استقراراً.
وقال أحد المستفيدين لـ«عكاظ» إن معاملته أُنجزت بسهولة، معرباً عن تقديره للجهود المبذولة وحسن التعامل الذي وجده خلال استكمال الإجراءات.
من جانبها، أعربت مستفيدة يمنية عن فرحتها بتصحيح وضعها، متطلعة إلى استكمال الإجراءات وتنظيم شؤون حياتها، بما يتيح لها البحث عن فرصة عمل والاستفادة من الخدمات المتاحة بصورة نظامية.
The official spokesperson for the passports department, Major Nasser Al-Otaibi, called on Yemenis included in the status correction initiative to quickly complete their procedures within the specified timeframe, in order to benefit from the facilities provided to them, confirming that the initiative lasts for 60 days, through 23 locations in the regional passport administrations, with the option to complete procedures electronically for a number of beneficiary categories, according to the status of each beneficiary.
Al-Otaibi explained to “Okaz” that beneficiaries who do not hold Yemeni passports or travel documents must visit the correction centers to complete their procedures, where they are received and their entry organized, then referred to representatives of the Yemeni embassy to verify the documents they carry and match them with official documents and data, before moving to the procedure completion hall.
The spokesperson indicated that the procedures for this category are completed in a short time, and the beneficiary is granted a free visit visa for a period of 6 months. He pointed out that there are representatives of the Yemeni embassy at the correction sites, coordinating between them and passport officials to facilitate procedures and expedite transactions.
He added that electronic services include holders of various types of expired visit visas, holders of expired visitor IDs, residents whose residency permits have expired, in addition to absentees from work, and these categories can complete their procedures through the official platforms of the relevant authorities.
Al-Otaibi noted that residents whose residency permits have expired can complete their procedures electronically, with the option to transfer to another employer or obtain a final exit visa, according to their preference, explaining that those who obtain a final exit visa can leave without restrictions preventing them from entering the Kingdom later.
Regarding absentees from work, he stated that their procedures are completed through the digital platforms of the Ministries of Human Resources and Social Development and Interior, allowing for the cancellation of the absenteeism report and the transfer to another employer who needs their services.
Yemeni beneficiaries of the status correction initiative expressed their happiness with the facilities provided to them, appreciating the warm reception and the speed of processing their transactions at one of the passport correction centers, and expressing their hope to settle their status and move to a more stable phase.
One beneficiary told “Okaz” that his transaction was completed easily, expressing his appreciation for the efforts made and the good treatment he received during the completion of the procedures.
For her part, a Yemeni beneficiary expressed her joy at correcting her status, looking forward to completing the procedures and organizing her life affairs, which would allow her to search for job opportunities and benefit from available services in a legal manner.
