السجن 30 عاماً لقاتل شاب داخل «مارينا سمير» بالمغرب – أخبار السعودية
قضت محكمة الاستئناف بمدينة تطوان المغربية بالسجن النافذ لمدة 30 عاماً بحق شخص ينحدر من مدينة سبتة، بعد إدانته بقتل شاب داخل منتجع «مارينا سمير» السياحي، بضواحي مدينة المضيق، أواخر نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2024.
وتعود تفاصيل القضية إلى خلاف نشب بين شابين داخل المنتجع، تطور إلى مواجهة انتهت بمقتل أحدهما، إثر تعرضه لطعنات بسلاح أبيض، وفق المعطيات الواردة في الملف.
وبحسب موقع «هسبريس»، غادر المتهم مكان الجريمة عقب ارتكابها، واختفى عن الأنظار، ما دفع المصالح الأمنية إلى تكثيف تحرياتها لتحديد مكان وجوده وتوقيفه.
وتمكنت المصالح الأمنية من توقيفه بمدينة طنجة في مايو/أيار الماضي، خلال عملية نُفذت بتنسيق بين المصالح المختصة في طنجة وتطوان، وبدعم من المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، عقب تتبع تحركاته بعد مغادرته مدينة سبتة.
وجاء توقيف المعني بالأمر بعد أشهر من البحث، إثر صدور مذكرة بحث بحقه للاشتباه في تورطه في جريمة القتل التي راح ضحيتها شاب ينحدر من تطوان، قبل نقله إلى المدينة لاستكمال الإجراءات القضائية.
ورجحت المعطيات المتوفرة ارتباط الجريمة بدوافع انتقامية.
The Court of Appeal in the Moroccan city of Tetouan sentenced a person from the city of Ceuta to 30 years in prison after convicting him of killing a young man inside the tourist resort “Marina Smir,” located in the outskirts of the city of Mdiq, in late November 2024.
The details of the case date back to a dispute that arose between two young men inside the resort, which escalated into a confrontation that ended with one of them being killed after being stabbed with a sharp weapon, according to the information in the file.
According to the website “Hespress,” the accused left the crime scene after committing the act and disappeared from sight, prompting the security services to intensify their investigations to determine his whereabouts and arrest him.
The security services managed to apprehend him in the city of Tangier last May, during an operation carried out in coordination between the relevant authorities in Tangier and Tetouan, with support from the General Directorate of National Territorial Surveillance, after tracking his movements following his departure from the city of Ceuta.
The arrest of the individual came after months of searching, following the issuance of a search warrant against him on suspicion of his involvement in the murder of a young man from Tetouan, before he was transferred to the city to complete the judicial procedures.
The available information suggested that the crime was linked to revenge motives.
