تطبيق نظام حماية المرافق العامة على المساجد.. رسمياً – أخبار السعودية
في خطوة تنظيمية وقانونية بالغة الأهمية لتعزيز حماية بيوت الله، أصدر مجلس الوزراء قراراً يقضي باعتبار المساجد ومرافقها من المرافق العامة التي يطبق عليها «نظام حماية المرافق العامة»، وذلك إلى حين نفاذ مشروع نظام الأوقاف.
ويأتي هذا القرار بناءً على المعاملة المرفوعة من وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد، وبعد اطلاع مجلس الوزراء على المرسوم الملكي الصادر بهذا الشأن، والمذكرات والمحاضر المعدة في هيئة الخبراء ومجلس الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنمية، بما يضمن إضفاء أعلى معايير الحماية القانونية والصيانة المتكاملة لدور العبادة ومرافقها ضد أي تجاوزات أو إضرار، وتأكيداً على مكانتها العظيمة وقدسيتها في المجتمع.
In a highly significant organizational and legal step to enhance the protection of houses of worship, the Council of Ministers issued a decision to consider mosques and their facilities as public facilities subject to the “Public Facilities Protection System,” until the implementation of the Endowments System project.
This decision comes based on the request submitted by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call, and Guidance, and after the Council of Ministers reviewed the royal decree issued in this regard, along with the memoranda and minutes prepared by the Experts Authority and the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, ensuring the highest standards of legal protection and comprehensive maintenance for places of worship and their facilities against any violations or harm, and affirming their great status and sanctity in society.
